Gianni Silvestrini

Kyoto Club scientific director

He is engineer and is committed with the energy question as CNR researcher in Palermo and at Milan’s Politecnico, where he started the Master “Ridef - energy for Kyoto”.
He has been permanent under-secretary of the Ministry for Environment and adviser for the energy for Minister Bersani. Silestrini won the “European Solar Prize” thanks to the extraordinary personal engagement into the question of renewable sources. Currently he is scientific director of Kyoto Club and directs the magazine and portal Qual Energia. He also is President of Exalto energy&innovation (www.exaltoenergia.it).
